Refund Policy

Service-Based Refunds

Refunds for services provided by Europian Beauty and Health Care Pvt. Ltd. (including salon, spa, and related brand services under EBH) are not applicable once the service has been delivered. In case of dissatisfaction or issues with the service, we encourage you to reach out to us directly, and we will do our best to resolve the matter.

Product-Based Refunds

If you have purchased any products from our website or partner outlets, we offer refunds only under the following conditions:

• The product is returned in its original, unopened condition within 7 days of purchase.
• The product was damaged or defective upon delivery.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was received in a damaged or defective state.

Refund Process

To initiate a refund, contact our customer service team at franchise@europianbeauty.com. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Cancellation Policy

Appointment Cancellations

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your salon or spa appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in a cancellation fee.

Course Cancellations (Academy)

If you have enrolled in any course or training under the EBH academy programs (including Baylen De Louis Academy), the following cancellation rules apply:

• Cancellations made at least 14 days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made between 7–14 days before the course start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date are non-refundable.
